Hatrix Solutions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hatrix Solutions WordPress plugins and related services, including:

  • MinThink Auto Post Content Generator
  • MinThink Auto Alt Text Generator

(collectively, the “Plugins” or the “Service”). By installing, activating, or using any of our Plugins, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Plugins provide AI‑powered services for WordPress using external APIs (including OpenAI). Features, limits, and pricing may vary over time and are displayed in the plugin interface or checkout.

3. Registration and Site ID

When you activate any Plugin, a unique site ID is generated and registered to enable:

  • API access and authentication
  • Usage tracking and limit enforcement
  • Plan management and support

Account information collected automatically may include site URL, admin email, WordPress version, and plugin version. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation and for activity under your site ID.

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Usage limits and plan details are shown in each Plugin. You agree not to:

  • Share your site ID with others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • Abuse the Service with automated or excessive requests
  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Paid plans and one‑time purchases (if offered) are processed through Stripe. All pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are disclosed at checkout.

  • Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: Refund eligibility (if any) is described at purchase and handled through support.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that data collection and processing.

7. External Services

The Service relies on third‑party providers. We are not responsible for third‑party outages, API changes, or third‑party data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

Plugin code is licensed under the GNU GPL v2.0 (or later). You may use, modify, and redistribute the plugin under the GPL.

Generated content is owned by you. We do not claim ownership. Generated content may not be unique, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing.

API Services: Access to Hatrix Solutions API services is separate from the GPL license and is subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • Generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free
  • Content will meet SEO or accessibility requirements

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatrix Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hatrix Solutions from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you generate or publish using the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating or removing the plugin(s). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay required fees.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. General Provisions

  • Governing Law: Ohio, United States (without regard to conflict of law principles).
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
